In today’s internet culture of shopping around for the best deal available. We want to ensure our customers are confident of not only getting excellent service and quality of equipment. My team are also committed to making sure you get a fair deal. We understand that our customer’s events are very important. Therefore we do not want our customers to feel they have to compromise on quality. Service and cleanliness are vital and shouldn’t be sacrificed to get a good deal. Britannia Catering Yeovil is therefore willing to offer a price match promotion, for bookings completed before the 1st April 2020.
It does not matter if your preferred reception venue is a stately home, hotel, village hall, or a marquee. What a lot of people overlook, or do not give their full attention, is the catering equipment within the venue. Perfection is in the detail! Creating your ideal wedding reception, party or event is very stressful. Regardless of whether you have a large, or small budget. This means checking thoroughly exactly what you are getting and the quality of the equipment and service. Please make sure you know what you get for your money before you pay, or book.
If you ask us to price match a written quotation, this will not affect the quality of equipment. We will confirm your booking from our own stock. and not substitute other equipment at the last minute. If your numbers change close to your booking date. We will hold you’re agreed on pricing rates and not renegotiate inflated prices for additional goods.
We stock a wide range of high-quality equipment. It may be still difficult to match exactly with other companies, as some companies offer low quality and old equipment. If we can, we will endeavour to supply better quality, cleanliness and service at the same cost. You are very welcome to visit our Exeter warehouse to view our equipment.

We will require a written copy of any quotation prior to any price match comparison. Including the delivery and collection charges to the location of your event. Any offer will depend on stock availability. Please be aware there is a lot of online fraud with people pretending to offer a hire service. When they don’t actually have any equipment to hire, or are based out of the area.
How do I get a quotation
Once a written quotation has been given on a price match promotion we will not negotiate further on that quotation. Our normal terms and conditions will apply. The deposit will be required to confirm your booking and reserve the stock. We will not price match retrospectively after quotations have been accepted.
Britannia Catering Yeovil is part of South West Event Hire Ltd. The directors reserve the right to match prices, or not. Depending on our interpretation of similar quality of goods, services and peak period and delivery considerations. This price matching promotion is subject to cancellation, or extension by the Directors without notice. The price matching promotion is only available for events in Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall, Bath and Bristol.
